I could tell you it was something cool like I left my North Face in the bar après ski. Or I left my NorthFace jacket in my girlfriend’s apartment in Shanghai. Or I left my NorthFace at a cairn on Macchu Picchu. But the real story goes like this... I am 5’6 - which is short - but handsome as a fella could be. I wear a size small North Face Denali Jacket. I hestitated to buy the small Kids Denali - for the sole reason that some dreaded day - my North Face Kids Denali Jacket would end up in a story just like this…My brands – North Face - Marmot - Arc’Teryx and North FaceOne dreadful day in December 2004 - I was on a ski trip in Tahoe and on day one - I walked out of the lodge in my Marmot long undies and my Arcteryx Bibs because I hear the ladies have a thing for bibs - especially Arc’teryx ones. And about seven minutes later - after some good exposure - I threw on my North Face Flash Beanie and my North Face Denali Jacket. The red of the NorthFace flash beanie just really complemented the whole outfit. It contrasted so nicely with the black of the North Face Denali Jacket - that when I threw on my North Face mitts - the whole outfit really seemed like a dream. Looking handsome as hell - I strapped on my helmet and my snowboard and cruised over to the lift line.
